Assist Process Engineer in:
Improve the efficiency of visual mechanical scanning and packing processes, utilizing LEAN methodology
Establish and implement all Process specification, troubleshooting and control procedures, and ensure compliance with corporate requirements and procedures
Analyze package visual mechanical rejects and feedback to assembly/test process for improvement action
Data analysis for yield and quality improvement.
Follow up with assembly/test engineers that proper corrective and preventive actions are carried out to improve visual mechanical yield
Ensure AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) machines are providing accurate results to avoid overkill or over-accept
Ensure products meet stringent acceptance criteria to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of product quality
Provide Work Instructions (WI) and training for technicians and operators to do the job in a standard and efficient manner
Work closely with QA to improve product quality
Work closely with production to ensure smooth and timely delivery production lots
Develop and implement programs to ensure continuous reliability of processes to achieve high quality and yield.
Liaise with equipment vendors and material suppliers continuously to develop new methods to achieve low cost but good quality systems and material
Update & revise FMEA / OCAP/ WI.
Requirements:
Bachelor / Master's in engineering/science/physics (Any branch)
Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred, especially in vision inspection / image processing.
Fresh graduates who are fast learners are acceptable.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under stress and within required timeline.
Proficient with MS Office / SPC applications / JMP Software
