Entry Requirements:

Must be a Malaysian citizen. Available to undergo an internship in Cyberjaya. Internship duration must be a minimum of 5 to 6 months. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, and basic data analysis), as well as PowerPoint and Word. Possess strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence in working with financial data and reports. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with excellent follow-up and coordination abilities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.

Assist in monthly inventory counts, including physical verification, data checking, variance analysis and closing, and ensuring proper documentation. Support data entry, validation, and report preparation related to Costing and Operational Planning activities. Provide audit support, including data extraction, simple reconciliations, and preparation of supporting documents. Contribute to GERP system migration tasks, such as data mapping, testing, and verification, under the guidance of the finance team. Perform other administrative and ad-hoc assignments as required to support the Finance and Operations teams.
