Job Description
1. Production & Assembly Support
Assist in aerospace component manufacturing and assembly processes. Support CNC machining, composite lay-up, or precision fabrication activities. Observe and assist in aircraft parts inspection and handling.
2. Quality & Compliance
Assist in quality control checks under supervision (e.g., dimensional, visual, non-destructive testing support). Learn and follow
AS9100, ISO 9001, and aerospace industry standards
. Document inspection results and support audits when required.3. Process & Data Documentation
Prepare and update process sheets, work instructions, and production logs. Assist in data collection for continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
4. Safety & Regulation
Follow
aviation safety regulations and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
policies. Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to cleanroom/controlled area procedures (if applicable).5. Technical Learning & Exposure
Gain exposure to aerospace materials (e.g., titanium, composites, alloys). Observe advanced technologies (CNC, CAD/CAM, additive manufacturing, robotics). Participate in lean manufacturing and process improvement projects.
6. Team & Project Support
Work closely with engineers, technicians, and supervisors on assigned tasks. Contribute ideas in team meetings and project discussions. Support any ad-hoc technical or production-related assignments.
