Job Description

Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist with guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Support the team with guest check-ins and check-outs under supervision. Provide guests with basic information about facilities, nearby attractions, and services. Assist with managing room reservations, including handling bookings, cancellations, and updates. Help conduct routine checks on room conditions and report any cleanliness or maintenance issues. Assist with basic billing inquiries and help resolve minor discrepancies. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Prepare simple daily check-in/check-out lists and other guest-related documents. Help identify recurring issues and suggest improvements where needed. Perform basic data entry tasks, such as updating customer records and maintaining databases. Carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds. Willingness to learn, with strong problem-solving and positive attitude. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational needs. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
