YOUR ROLE

As an intern in the warehouse, your primary focus will be to

learn and gain hands-on experience

in key areas related to warehousing and inventory management. This includes:

Warehousing:

Understanding the daily operations of a warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and safely.

Inventory Management:

Learning how to track stock levels, manage inventory records, and ensure accurate stock counts to avoid discrepancies.

Stock Management:

Gaining knowledge about organizing stock systematically, handling stock replenishment, and minimizing losses through proper controls.

Good Services:

Developing skills to provide excellent service within the warehouse environment, which may involve coordinating with other departments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
This role is designed to provide you with foundational knowledge and practical skills that are essential for a career in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management. You will be exposed to real-world challenges and best practices, preparing you for future responsibilities in this field.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Bachelor's degree in Information Management (Hons.) with a focus on Records Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support documentation and communication tasks. Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate within the team and with external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
