Vacancy Description To assist the superior on hotel management. Tasks & Responsibilities 1.To handle enquiries from customers. 2. To follow up and assist in handling wholesales agents. 3. To handle travel insurance and visa online application. 4. To maintain customers\' database including update of passport, meal preference & etc. 5. Planning for tours including hotel booking, food and transportation arrangement. 6. Promoting of tours including assist in email blast, advertising through WhatsApp and any other method for marketing. 7. To assist the preparation of sales kit and create photo albums for tours. 8. Tracking of bills and collection. 9. To assist in the preparation of pack itinerary and Matta Fair. Accountabilities 1.To consistently behave in a manner that reflects the Group\'s vision and core values with both internal and external stakeholders. 2.To foster teamwork with others by working with all stakeholders in the Group in a cooperative and friendly manner. 3.
