You will be exposed in assisting the HR Associate Manager based in the FC to coordinate the recruitment process for FC hiring. You will be responsible to support the HR department in preparing the report and chronological of events pertaining to COVID-19 threats in the FC and work together with the EHS team to strengthen the committee team members in updating our internal policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
Other related tasks as assigned by your superior
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in Human Resources or business field
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An excellent team player
Proficient in excel or other data analytics tools
Open to international university students from different nationality
Possess cross cultural experience/exposure is an advantage
