Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support onboarding processes and maintain recruitment records, databases, and documentation.
Assist in planning and coordinating training programmes, employee engagement activities, and HR-related events.
Provide support in organizing career fairs, company events, and other engagement initiatives.
Prepare and manage HR-related materials such as attendance, reports, evaluation forms, and HRDC documentation.
Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
The candidate is pursuing Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Admin or equivalent.
Good communication skills in the English language for both spoken and written
Have own transportation and willing to work at HQ, Sri Damansara.
