:
Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms and tracking application responses.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and selection criteria.
Support the team in conducting initial candidate communications and follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and related records.
Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment programs, and employer branding initiatives.
Provide administrative support during onboarding processes and other HR-related activities.
Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
