Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
Help organize and coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
