Assist with data entry, document filing, scanning, and organizing records across Finance, HR, and Admin departments.
Support finance tasks such as preparing payment vouchers, checking invoices, and maintaining simple records.
Help HR with staff record updates, leave tracking, and coordination of interviews or staff activities.
Perform general administrative duties including handling phone calls, managing office supplies, and supporting daily operations.
Provide support for any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or department heads.
