Job Description


:-To assist HR department in day-to-day works.-Responsible for recruitment (sourcing resumes, scheduling in-person interviews)-Schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates-Support team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, event coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.)-Assist team with preparation of materials and binders-Other related ad-hoc activities.Must Have Skills * Strong written and oral communication skills in English & Bahasa (Malay)

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Canva or others design tools (need to design broadcast/ poster)
  • Solid organizational skills, multitasker and attentive to details
Preferred Skills * Problem solver and willing to take more responsibility
  • Fast learner & Proactive in handling task
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently (require minimal supervision)
