:-To assist HR department in day-to-day works.-Responsible for recruitment (sourcing resumes, scheduling in-person interviews)-Schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates-Support team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, event coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.)-Assist team with preparation of materials and binders-Other related ad-hoc activities.Must Have Skills * Strong written and oral communication skills in English & Bahasa (Malay)
