Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our team in managing people, processes, and training projects. If you're passionate about HR and eager to gain real-world experience, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
Organize and maintain HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Support HR initiatives including performance management, training, and employee relations. Research HR trends and best practices to support policy development. Assist with logistics and facilitation during corporate training programs.
What We're Looking For
Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (students welcome). Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Bonus: interest in training and development.
