Key Responsibilities:

• Support campus engagement efforts such as career fairs, university outreach, and scholarship promotions.
• Conduct research on talent trends, scholarship opportunities, and employer branding best practices.
• Provide administrative support on talent and engagement portfolios.
• Assist in designing and creating content and collaterals for internal and external events.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Self-driven with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
• Skilled in Canva and basic design tools; familiar with content creation.
• Additional: Experience with Adobe Suite, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
