• To assist in recruitment matters, i.e. candidate screening, interview arrangement and other related documentations
• To assist in compensation and benefits matters i.e. staff claim verification and employment records filing
• To assist in HR Automation System project implementation
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior

Job Specification

• Bachelor\'s Degree / Advanced Diploma/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or other related courses
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
