JOB TITLE: INTERN HUMAN RESOURCES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• HR Operations (40% of time throughout the internship period)

• candidate will be exposed to the employee cycle.
• new hire onboarding, employee movement, benefits administration and resignation.
• record maintenance and reporting
• Payroll (20% of time throughout the internship period) - assist in maintaining payroll data include leaves, bank account and etc.
• HRBP - to support on Talent Development projects and Organizational Development (40%)

• Preferably with knowledge in MS Excel
• MS Office
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently.
