The HR Payroll Intern will support the Payroll Team in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll records. The intern will assist in validating payroll data, updating employee files, and supporting compliance and documentation activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in payroll operations and exposure to HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in data entry and updating employee information in HRIS and payroll systems
• Support payroll team in verifying attendance, overtime claims, allowances, and other payroll-related components.
• Help prepare and organize monthly payroll documentation for audit and compliance.
• Assist in reconciling payroll reports and identifying discrepancies (based on Payroll Clerk duties in
• Provide support in preparing statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN) under supervision.
• Organize and maintain employee confidential files and payroll records.
• Support HR personnel with tasks required in the internship checklist, such as preparing intern job description, timetable, and supervisor documents
• Assist in ad-hoc HR and payroll administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data handling.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Willing to learn and proactive
