We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Intern, Investor Services . Reporting to the Manager, Investor Services team, this position is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our team and its\' growth. Key responsibilities: Perform, review and clear transactional and name screening alerts Provide appropriate documentation for name screening alerts generated from ongoing monitoring Perform name screening and searches on prospective and existing clients, investors and beneficiaries and their related parties using the approved screening tool by the company Conduct due diligence and background checks on adverse findings. Escalate true hits to respective parties Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and project work as assigned Ensure adherence to standards and procedure Key Requirements Sound analytical and research skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent time management, good organisation skills and multi-tasking skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to excel under pressure for meeting any tight deadlines Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese language skill is an added advantage.
