Job Title : IT Infrastructure Internship

Reports To : Senior Specialist Infrastructure

Department / Section : IT

PURPOSE

To ensure the IT infra support can be lender to all Kedah sites.

NATURE AND SCOPE

To assist Senior Specialist, IT Infrastructure to carry out day to day infra support and to participate in local IT infra projects

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Degree or Diploma in IT
2. Good IT Fundamental and have interest in Infrastructure environment.
3. Computer literate.
4. Able to communicate with all level of people.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide technical assistance to users on hardware and software-related issues.

2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software.

3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.

4. Follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance.
