The IT Intern will assist the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and networks systems while gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and IT project coordination. This role is ideal for students seeking practical exposure in a corporate IT environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical Support
Provide first-level support for hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals) and software (Windows/macOS, Google Workspace, etc.)
Assist in troubleshooting IT issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff
2. System Maintenance
Help install, configure, and update software/licenses.
Assist in managing user accounts (Google Workspace, email setups)
3. Network & Security
Support basic network tasks (LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, cable)
Follow IT security protocols (antivirus updates, password resets)
4. Documentation
Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and support tickets
Create user guides or FAQs for common IT issues
5. Project Assistance
Participate in IT projects (e.g. system migrations, upgrades)
Research and test new technologies/tools as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1. Education : Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and quick learn ability
4. Additional Skill - Familiarity with Linux OS or any IT Certifications

Pay: RM800.00 per month
