ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement). As an IT intern, you will be supporting day to day operation with the applications team and work with relevant 3rd party vendors. Your day to day also involves reporting on performance of service with information gathering within the IT tools like ServiceNow and Power BI.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Assist in day to day operations in preparing reports, documents, etc.
• Attend meetings and take minutes.
• Work with vendors in monitoring of day to day tasks (ServiceNow).
• Collaborate with process team in updating process of IT service Management
• Learn and understand software development life cycle
• Required to be involved in task documentation

Are you a MATCH?

• Candidate must currently pursuing Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field.
• Experience with Google workspace is preferred.
• Experience in producing report using spreadsheet is preferred.
• Experience in programming is preferred
