Responsibilities

Candidate will be part of the Service Management team under MYVN DGT DDS (Digital & Data Services)

We provide intern an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT Service Management processes and framework.

Day to day responsibilities involves

• Incident Management which assist in the triage and resolution of IT incidents, monitor and update incident records, communicate with end users, and escalate as necessary.
• Provide assistance to the service desk team by responding to user inquiries, troubleshoot common IT issues and helping with technical problems.
• Collect and analyze service performance data, and create reports or dashboard to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the IT Service Management team, contribute to process improvement discussion/continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum Academic Requirement : Pursuing degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Systems/Data Science.
• Understanding of Service Management framework knowledge and should have basic technical skills related to the system and technologies concept.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
