Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our Key Account Management team in managing and growing relationships with our e-commerce partners. You will assist in daily operations, data analysis, campaign coordination, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between internal teams and key sellers/brands. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how e-commerce operations and account management work in a fast-paced digital environment.

What will you do:

Assist Key Account Managers in executing day-to-day account activities. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, content, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Support in analyzing sales performance, campaign results, and account metrics. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for business reviews. Help manage product listings, pricing updates, and promotion setup across platforms. Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the e-commerce space. Assist with campaign planning for major online sales events. Handle administrative tasks and data entry to support account operations. Communicate with sellers or brand partners on basic inquiries, under supervision.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or related fields. Strong interest in e-commerce and digital business. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to learn, positive attitude, and a good team player.
