Basic Qualification & Requirement Enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree program in business administration / finance/ marketing/PR/ Accounting/ Economics Interest in Sales & Market Research Excellent research and writing skills Strong communication abilities (Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will added advantage) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Time management and Critical Thinking Creative, innovative, good interpersonal skill, and able to work in team Sales and Marketing Work closely with Marketing Staff to scheduling the appointment, marketing schedules and help to onboarding client. Responding to customer inquiries via email/WhatsApp/phone call Event handling or planning, overseeing the scheduling of important events. Create newsletters, email campaigns, online promotions, etc. Design marketing event flyer or banner Provide full administrative support to the department in daily operation/submission. Organize and handle daily schedule and ad-hoc projects of the Department. Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Data Analysis Carry out consistent updates of fund performance from our database of funds. Assist in research and evaluation of the performance of funds to be presented to the Investment Committee. Update the fund documentation on the application on a monthly basis. Organize and handle daily schedule and ad-hoc projects of the Department.
