We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our Grants Team on-site in Kuala Lumpur. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in grant management, community engagement, and urban development. As a key support to the KL team, you will play a vital role in various project stages, contributing to meaningful initiatives across the city. Responsibilities: Support grant application and review processes, including research, data analysis, and document preparation. Contribute to grantee management, assisting with communication, monitoring, and reporting. Assist with data collection, analysis, and visualisation for grant-related activities. Participate in community engagement activities, such as workshops, stakeholder meetings, and outreach events. Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other communication materials. Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications: Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also demonstrating strong teamwork capabilities Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Currently enrolled in or has recently completed a degree related to Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or any relevant field To Apply: Please submit your CV and portfolio to [HIDDEN TEXT]
