Job Summary: momenta Group invites applications for the role of Learning Content & Graphic Designer Intern, a unique opportunity tailored for individuals who are not only passionate about graphic design and education but also aspire to make a substantial impact within the learning sector. This role involves a close collaboration with our instructional design team and focuses primarily on creating visually stimulating presentation slides, conducting meticulous research, and developing explanatory videos that enhance learning engagement and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, visually engaging presentation materials that effectively convey instructional content.
• Work in tandem with the instructional design team to grasp project specifications and integrate feedback into subsequent designs.
• Undertake detailed research on designated topics to ensure the credibility, relevance, and thoroughness of the information presented.
• Produce clear, informative explanatory videos that supplement instructional content and augment the learning experience.
• Maintain adherence to momenta\'s brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all training materials.
• Keep updated with the latest trends in design and educational technology, bringing innovative concepts and strategies to the team.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program relevant to Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or similar fields.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (proficient to advanced level).
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for creating visually appealing layouts.
• Robust research skills with the capability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
• Excellent communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal forms, with the proficiency to articulate ideas effectively.
• An enthusiastic learner who actively seeks opportunities for professional and personal development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic competency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) would be advantageous.
• Previous experience or a keen interest in instructional design, especially within a training or educational context, is desirable.
