Successful candidates will be performing the following key roles:

• Performs administrative functions related to the Learning programs and Learning centers

• Maintains and keeps current a database with information about needs and wants of guests and instructors, as directed

• Prepares basic related reports and ad hoc analysis

• Provides technical support to instructors so that they make best use of the provided facilities and technologies

• Sets-up classrooms with the tables, chairs and meeting supplies, as requested

• Participates in daily and weekly planning sessions, reviewing the details of upcoming events and discussing relevant logistical matters

• Deals with external suppliers and partners
