Job Description

We're looking for a motivated intern to support our Learning & Development team! If you're passionate about training and eager to gain hands-on experience, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Support trainers during corporate training programs and ensure smooth logistics. Collaborate in designing and developing training materials and resources. Work with different teams to align learning programs with company goals. Contribute to creative learning solutions, including educational games. Assist with ad hoc L&D projects.

What We're Looking For

Degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Communication, or related field (current students welcome). Strong communication and organizational skills. Eager to learn, proactive, and flexible. Bonus: experience in instructional design or creative learning methods.
