Overview:

This internship offers an opportunity to gain valuable insights into

retail mall leasing operations

and the day-to-day functions that drive tenant management and space optimization. As part of the Leasing team, you will be exposed to the commercial aspects of shopping mall management, from market research and tenant relations to documentation and negotiation support.

You will thrive in this role if you are a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Support in conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Help prepare leasing proposals, tenancy schedules, and other relevant documentation. Liaise with prospective and existing tenants to coordinate meetings and information flow. Update and maintain tenant databases and filing systems. Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leasing team as required.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a

Diploma or Bachelor's degree

, preferably in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Good command of

English

, both written and spoken. Strong desire to learn, with a professional attitude and good interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and work independently when required. Internship duration:

3 to 6 months

(Able to commence in November/December 2025)
