Job Description


Overall Job Purpose:
University Placement Services (UPS) Intern is responsible to support the Marketing and Administration initiatives and activities including managing social media platforms, monthly event calendars, engagement activities with students, generating reports and maintaining records and other duties as required.

Reports to:
Senior Marketing Executive, University Placement Services, Taylor\'s Malaysia Sdn Bhd

Key Duties:
a)Managing University Placement Services social platforms Facebook and Instagram

b)Creating contents for posting onto different platforms including content on scholarships, calling for applications, institution promotional content

c)Engagement with students through interactive communication flow with students through Lucky Draw, Application Day, Roadshow or Survey on different platforms

d)Creating UPS Monthly Event Calendars

e)Collating entry requirement handouts across countries, conduct testimonial interview session, build the branding for UPS such as logo design etc.

f)Create UPS landing page for eventsg)Managing marketing collaterals including forms and promotional materials

h)Providing assistance on events such as for University Talks/Briefing/Visi

ti)Support UPS daily operational tasks as and when required
