Job Responsibilities: Be responsible for generating leads for business development (commercial) team Research target customers online and offline as pre-qualified sales opportunities Generate inbound and outbound leads for sales team Manage the forum enquiries related to instructor-led courses Plan and create email newsletters for business partners communication Conduct data and information gathering of various customers - this may involve research on the web or directly engaging with customers for information Analyze customer data and based on the analysis identify the best possible operational solution.
