INTERNSHIP PURPOSE
The internship offers the opportunity to contribute to several key projects led by Taylor\'s Digital, related to the field of Hospitality and & Business. The selected candidate will be working on the development of content for the full online master as well as the creation of executive courses. He/she will be involved in the prototyping stage of various content, support the team in daily key task related to graphic design, editing, montage, recording, content upload as well as test completed content and provide inputs for enhancement. The role also involves gathering data and information on specific field to support content creation.
He/she will collaborate directly with various members of Taylor\'s Digital and will report to Jules Barboyon.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executive Courses

  • Participate in brainstorming on content development strategy
  • Study provided content, and propose a suitable content mapping and learning plan
  • Gather data and engage with stakeholders when required to support content development
  • Draft content and seek inputs for enhancement
2. Full Online Master: (MGHM)
  • Support on the following task:
- Drafting of topics, activities, checkpoints
- Support for graphic design, and content editing
- Complete montage and coordinate recording session
- Assist in content upload
- Test existing content for enhancement

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
A Bachelor degree in a relevant management discipline or equivalent.
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
  • Knowledge and experience in hospitality
  • Possess interest in the field of training and L&D
  • Initiated to basic principle of project management skills.
  • Ability to work with others and establish strong connection with external parties and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem solving oriented and positive attitude.
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Digitally savvy
COMPETENCIES (BEHAVIOURAL)
  • Good level of interpersonal skills
