JOB DESCRIPTION Management trainees may often be stationed in a key role or rotated to different company departments to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties. They contribute to comprehensive planning and help to improve overall performance. The goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future employees, often in particular fields, such as IT, Graphic, Sales, Marketing, Sales, or Administration. JOB REQUIREMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 Undergraduates with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Network, System, Software, Electrical), Finance, Accountancy, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication (Journalism, Public Relations), Creative Arts & Related. \xe2\x80\xa2 Malaysian citizens not older than 25 years old. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated team player with excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Having great discipline and possessing high integrity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate (MS Office software) is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works well under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monthly allowance provided.
