We are looking for 1 headcounts Intern to support Technical Services Department (Mobile Team -Facilities Operations)

About the department:

CBRE Technical Services optimize clients operating cost, reduce risk, improve safety, and enhance uptime through industry-leading technical talent, technology, tools, and maintenance strategies.

About the role:

• To support engineer on daily routine checking and review the Planned Preventive Maintenance Checklist and Service Report from various account in Technical Services
• To prepare summary of finding from PPM and Service Report
• To prepare report for any findings based on the critical equipment such as UPS, HVAC, Fire System and etc.
• To prepare documentation based on client requirement
• To update and organize work order tracker for retails and Non-SCB account
• To support Mobile Team on Planned Preventive Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance (PPM/Adhoc)

Target onboard/intake: March or April 2023 Intake
