The intern will support the Network Planning & Strategy team in various initiatives, which may include:
? Market Research & Analysis:
o Assisting in gathering and analyzing market data, demographic trends, and competitor activities to identify potential branch locations or optimization opportunities.
o Supporting research into emerging branch concepts and customer preferences.
? Data Compilation & Presentation:
o Compiling data for internal reports and presentations related to branch performance and network efficiency.
o Assisting in the preparation of visuals and summaries for committee updates.
? Project Support:
o Providing administrative and coordination support for ongoing branch transformation projects (e.g., branch opening and branch closure).
o Assisting with documentation and tracking of project milestones.
? Strategic Planning Assistance:
o Contributing to brainstorming sessions for new branch formats (e.g., C1, C4 concepts) and service delivery models.
