About your role

As part of our New Car Business team, the New Car Business Intern will support key projects that shape our operations and customer experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to workflow design, event planning, and department setup activities, such as roadshows and showroom openings. If you're eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry, this role gives you the opportunity to contribute directly to our growing new car operations while gaining real industry experience.

What you'll be doing

Assist in creating and improving workflows for the New Car Business Department Help develop the department handbook and onboarding materials Support planning and logistics for roadshows, showroom activities, and events Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations Support the team with any ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma or Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related fields preferred). Basic admin experience or involvement in administrative tasks is an added advantage. Proficient in English and Malay; additional dialects are a plus. Disciplined, punctual, results-driven, and able to maintain a positive working attitude. Male/Female with a valid car driving licence and confident driving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Detail-oriented with good skills in documentation, organization, and communication.
