Provide assistant to general operational ocean freight functions
General correspondences with customer, suppliers, agents and other inter-department for ocean freight movements
Monitor and coordinate export & import ocean freight movements
Prepare relevant documentation for customer
Coordinate routine customer reports
Maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards
Respond to internal enquiries and complaints and coordinate with other department on ocean freight needs
Monitor internal data & system compliance
