- Generate and maintain various reports including Carpark Reconciliation Report, Carpark Traffic Report, License and Permit Status Report, Payment Gateway Breakdown Report, and Carpark Vendor Collection Report.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the manager and relevant teams.
- Perform reconciliation of carpark reports and liaise with operational teams to rectify variances and discrepancies.
- Coordinate tender exercises, checks, and liaise with tenderers.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide support in insurance matters by liaising with brokers and providing necessary policies.
- Assist in managing insurance liaison and claims related matters.
