Role Responsibilities:
Verify the accuracy of and facilitate the opening of client's trading accounts in various systems.
Prepare CDS forms submission to Bursa. Systematically categorize, sort and scan CDS forms, ensuring both the most recent and historical documents are appropriately managed.
Efficiently locate clients' documentation requested by auditors, the Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia.
Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks needed to support operational requirements.
Extend assistance to colleague as required to ensure smooth workflow and team collaboration.
To ensure work is executed expeditiously and within deadline
Role Requirement/Qualifications:
Candidate must possesses at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Studies, Administration/Management or equivalent
Good communication skills and verbal proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
Willingness to take on new challenges, learn quickly and adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment
Demonstrates enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and contribute to team's goals
Ability to work meticulously and manage tasks accurately with little supervision
