Get to know the team:

You will be apart of an energetic, cohesive and fun team with a strong performance culture and people-orientation within a respectful work environment. The Operations Team is responsible for maintaining a high standard of operation excellence in the city they manage. The team needs to be able to create quick wins and create long term supply satisfaction to accelerate growth.

The day-to-day activities:

Support campaign owners execute local tactical and strategic campaigns

Shadow the team to write creative briefs for designers and deliver collaterals & communications

Assist with execution of on-ground study and survey

Assist with ad-hoc campaign launches

To give meaningful inputs regarding process improvements and perform research work.

Work closely with the city leads to ensure market insight of the current supply can be described.

Assist with administrative tasks and any other duties delegated by the city leads.

Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research and service quality.

Involve in online or telecommunication such as calling new driver partner or delivery partner

Help commercial team in gathering market research such as competitor analysis or vendor information.

Skills Requirement / The must haves:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in any field.

Open to students at all years of study.

You should possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.

You should be agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with an excellent time, presentation, and project management skills.

Having a positive attitude and can-do spirit is critical.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an advantage too!

Basic knowledge of Excel (basic formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP etc).Attentive to detail and accuracy.

Critical and analytical thinking skills with a sound understanding of marketing principles and message positioning

Willing to work on-site during execution of on-ground study & survey.

Must be based in Melaka during the internship period.
