Assisting in job posting on various platforms to attract candidates.
Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating interview logistics.
Assisting in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
Onboarding:
Assisting in the preparation of onboarding materials and documents.
Coordinating new hire orientation sessions.
Providing support to new hires during the onboarding process.
HR Administration:
Assisting in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
Supporting HR team in handling employee inquiries and requests.
Assisting in updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
Helping to organize and maintain HR files and documents.
Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
HR Initiatives:
Participating in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and engagement.
Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
Supporting the HR team in any other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Formal Education
Bachelor's degree in Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or a related field (Language is an added bonus)
Work Experience
No working experience is required
Skills / Knowledge/ Qualifications
Fluency in English language (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added bonus).
Proficiency in MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Adept at Excel for data compilation and analysis
