Job Description

1. HR Intern



Key Responsibilities

:

Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization. Support HR or Finance teams in preparing letters, invoices, and reports. Manage and update company records, databases, and spreadsheets. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence when required. Assist in arranging meetings, appointments, and company events. Help maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed. Support onboarding processes for new staff or interns. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.

2. Admin Intern



Key Responsibilities:



Assist with general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Help update and maintain records or databases Support HR and finance teams with paperwork and reports Handle basic correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) Assist in organizing meetings, events, or company activities Manage office supplies and other ad-hoc admin tasks assigned

Requirements:



Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Management, HR, or related fields Good communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn Able to work independently and in a team
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
