Job Brief:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management and Customer Relations Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the management of our properties and ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our tenants. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in property management and customer relations within the real estate industry.Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating activities related to VP, including inspections, handovers, and customer communications.
  • Assist processing of invoices related to property management and customer relations.
  • Assist the issuance of LOAs to vendors, contractors, and service providers during the VP stage, ensuring compliance with company procedures and approvals.
  • Handle incoming phone calls related to property management and customer relations.
  • Travel to various project sites for inspections and site visits as required.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting Annual General Meetings for property projects.
  • Any ad-hoc task from superior
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, or equivalent in Property Development / Real Estate Management
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English for both spoken and written
  • Possess own transport

  • To Be Based at Bukit Jalil Site Office
