Job Responsibilities:

Own It:

• Support all Pos Assurance touch points and Insurance/Takaful Partners.
• Support both new and existing products with guidance from Seniors.
• Study the overall system integration between users.
• Study Pos Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s Retail Insurance product features and benefits.
• Analyse Pos Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s Retail Insurance product description and financial details & update/add where required.
• Update SOP on system and operation flow.
• Perform UAT on relevant product/ system updates as required.
• Preparation of product specification sheet.
• Generating the necessary performance reports and data required specific to insurers and products which is obtained from 3rd party systems.

Build Trust:

• Engage with internal counterparts in solving issues.

One Team:

• Provide product specification sheet and updated SOP (if required) to Channel Management as knowledge base.
• Communicate with Channel Management Team on LIVE date for new/enhanced existing product.

Move Fast:

• Adapt, simplify and act quickly based on business needs.

Delight Customers:

• Inform vendors and panels on Pilot/Live date.
• Develop positive working relationship with stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Studies/Information System/Management, Insurance Management or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
• Critical thinking and ability to think of all security aspects
• Data management and database analysis is a plus point.
• Passion and always motivated to grow in Commercial/Retail career path.

Additional information:

• 3 to 6 months contract
• Hybrid working arrangement
