Automate performance reporting and HR monthly reports Apply AI-based optimization for HR reporting & in-line production Develop programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation Gain hands-on experience with tools like Spotfire, Power BI, and Power Automate Contribute to data-driven problem-solving and process optimization initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with Python, R, or data visualization tools.
