Our team works on complex problem statements that impact all three key members of our ecosystem - merchants, driver partners and Grab consumers. Improving reliability not only ensures better experience for our consumers but also higher earnings fro merchants and driver partners.Get to know the roleWe are looking for an Intern to look into enhancing the reliability for Grab\'s online delivery (food + mart) business. We believe a successful candidate is data-driven, analytical, excellent in problem-solving with a strong empathy for consumers. This role requires you to champion excellence in user experiences and product quality, and you will have an opportunity to push the boundaries and try new things in an entrepreneurial environment.The Day-to-Day ActivitiesDefine product solutions, work with the design team to create delightful user experiences and clarify these user stories for your engineering teamCollaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations to execute go-to-market for new product launchesLeverage data to understand customer behaviour and performance of our productsIdentify key metrics and further iterations to deliver higher business valueQualificationsThe Must-HavesStrong academic track record, currently enrolled in a university, graduate program, or MBA program majoring in Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, EconomicsExcellent logical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environmentData-driven, strong ability in analysing data to derive insights and make decisionsFull-time intern preferred (3 - 6 months)Part-time interns committing at least 3 days per week are welcomed as wellThe Nice-to-HavesPreferably to commit full-time till December 2024Preferably to do SQL queries independentlyExperience with market research or competitor analysis is an advantage.Additional InformationOur CommitmentWe recognize that with these individual attributes come different workplace challenges, and we will work with Grabbers to address them in our journey towards creating inclusion at Grab for all Grabbers.
