Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Intern to support solar photovoltaic (PV) project activities, including basic design, site installation, and project coordination. This internship provides practical exposure to solar PV systems, site supervision, testing, and documentation under the guidance of experienced engineers and project teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Assist in basic design, layout review, and preparation of technical documents for solar PV systems.

-Support site installation, testing, and commissioning activities under supervision.

-Assist in coordinating site activities and communicating with internal teams and contractors.

-Monitor site progress and help prepare simple progress reports and documentation.

-Participate in site inspections and basic quality checks with engineers or supervisors.

-Support system testing, commissioning, and preparation of handover documents.

-Carry out additional tasks related to solar PV projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

-Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Solar Technology, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-Knowledge of AutoCAD, or related software is an added advantage.

-Good command of English, both written and spoken.

-Willing to work on-site, outdoors, and at heights when required.

-Able to work well in a team with good communication skills.

-Eager to learn, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-8 months

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
