We are looking for a Marketing Intern to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our marketing and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and certainly must possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Help Chief Marketing Officer with his day to day marketing activities Plans and executes all web, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns related to the Property Management industry Handle all matters related to digital marketing Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Assist in content writing for publications, such as newsletters, press releases, event speeches, research reports, brochures, and corporate deck. Coordinate with agents to create marketing campaigns To plan and execute events (Marketing and non-Marketing) Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or Marketing, Communications, Real Estate Management or equivalent

Must be technological savvy

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills and Editing, Self-Motivated and have Strong Leadership Skills, Strong Attention to Detail, Candidates with Real Estate Marketing background is an added advantage
