Job Responsibilities: learn up and expose to new product design review, ensure design is within the capability of SMT process. Ensure Chip mounter machine program available and matching the build sheet of the new product. Ensure reflow profiling done a meet new product requirement. Evaluate and recommend new material for new product when necessary. Example, solder paste, SMT glue , stencil material and etc. Assist engineer to carry out DOE to optimize or resolve problem encounter during new product development. Ensure accurate documentation of the DOE, POR (Process of Record), control plan and FMEA Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronics or ECE or equivalent relevant.
