Company Description Hard Rock Hotel Penang is a luxury resort situated along Batu Ferringhi Beach in Penang, Malaysia. The hotel offers 250 rooms and suites with modern furnishings and state-of-the-art amenities including the Rock Spa, Roxity Kids Club, Tabu Teens Club, Body Rock Gym, Rock Royalty Lounge, Rock Shops and the largest free-form swimming pool in northern Malaysia. As a brand, Hard Rock seeks to hire natural-born entertainers, go-getters and masters of hospitality. Role Description This is a full time on-site role for an Intern. The Intern will be responsible for assisting various departments in the hotel and gaining hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. The Intern will also help with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel operations is a plus Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in hospitality, business, or related field Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Applicants should be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to bring their own unique personality to the Hard Rock team.
